Meat Carving Stations
All Meat Carving Station pricing includes a potato/rice side, a vegetable side, salad, rolls, water & lemonade. Meat Carving Stations also require 1 extra staff member to carve the meat.
Beef Tenderloin*
Whole Roasted Beef tenderloin Seared and seasoned to perfection. Sliced on site fresh for each guest.
Applewood Tri-Tip*
Applewood smoked Tri-Tip Roast. Served with Creamy Steak Sauce.
Oven Roasted Turkey Breast*
Slow Roasted Turkey Breast, Seared and served with Brown Gravy.
Pork Tenderloin*
Whole Roasted Pork Tenderloin, marinated for 24 hours and sliced onsite.
Roasted Sirloin*
Herb Crusted whole Roasted Sirloin, sliced to order. Served with a mushroom cream sauce.
Prime Rib*
Hardwood smoked for 4 hours, and oven seared with a garlic herb crust. Served with Classic Au Jus & Creamy Horseradish. Sliced fresh for each guest.

Creamy Lemon Chicken*
Pan Seared Chicken Breast, coated in a luscious lemon herb cream sauce.
Pasta Bar
Comes with your Choice of Noodle, Marinara & Alfredo Sauce, Grilled Chicken & Meatballs. Pasta bar does not include a potato/rice side.
Chicken Cordon Blue
Chicken Breast stuffed with Ham & Swiss Cheese. Coated in bread crumbs and sliced fresh for each guest.
Grilled Tuscan Chicken*
Italian herb crusted Grilled Chicken Breast, served with a mushroom cream sauce.
Mushroom Pork Chops*
Seared Pork Chops, Roasted in a Creamy Mushroom Sacue

Soup Bars come with 2-3 soups of choice (soup list available upon request), toppings for the soups, salad, bread, water & lemonade. Most of our soups are Gluten Free.

Grazing Tables
Grazing tables are a great center piece or can be the entire event itself. Fully customizable! Includes everything in the Ultimate Charcuterie, but on a larger scale, meant to fill entire table.
